In early 2000, the enterprise technology center formulated a set of technical innovation system construction development plan and temporary measures of incentive mechanism according to the actual situation of the enterprise, with clear responsibilities to people, level one, layer by layer decomposition, and the implementation of the innovation system incentive mechanism assessment system, so that the system construction is in a controlled state, and constantly improve the enterprise The innovation system and technical innovation capability of the technology center have realized the scale development of the enterprise and the overall improvement of industrial competitiveness in 2004. At the same time, the technology center also takes the discovery, training and use of cohesive outstanding scientific and technological talents as an important task for the development of enterprise science and technology. In the past two years, the technology center has accelerated the development of high-tech products and the optimization and upgrading of traditional industries of Koning Motor Company through continuous mechanism innovation and the establishment of scientific and technological cooperation with universities and colleges, and has promoted the enterprise to become the real main body of technological innovation. The company has fully implemented the ISO9001:2008 quality system for quality management, and also implemented the advanced TS16949 quality system. All series products have passed CCC certification of China Quality Center, and some products have obtained CE, CB, SASO of Saudi Arabia and NOM of Mexico.
